Villa CM12

Fuerteventura — Villaverde

Interior design and furnishing in Fuerteventura for an exclusive villa, with lighting design

Interior design and furnishing project for a villa intended for tourist rental, developed from a pre-defined architectural framework. The intervention establishes a dialogue between the geometric rigor of the architecture and a refined yet essential interior language, composed of clean volumes and softer counterpoints that balance perception and enhance the dominant lines. Lighting is calibrated in warm, diffused tones, supporting the reading of the spaces without altering their balance. The environments are immediate, orderly and recognisable, designed to enhance the existing structure without introducing unnecessary complexity. Material surfaces, bespoke details and the controlled use of contrasts contribute to defining an elegant and contemporary language. Spaces unfold in continuity, with a fluid layout that guides the eye towards the exterior and emphasises the relationship between solids and voids. Every element is carefully calibrated to achieve a precise balance, where perceptual quality and comfort coexist naturally.
