Ojo del Mar

Interior design and furnishing project for an apartment developed within an existing structure, without architectural alterations. The intervention redefines the spaces through a warm, material-driven language, where continuous concrete-effect surfaces and carefully balanced contrasts create a clear identity. The kitchen becomes the central element of the project, conceived as a compact and functional block, while the layout is optimised to improve the use of space without invasive changes. A neutral palette, based on grey tones and material textures, is enriched by precise accents and selected details that introduce rhythm and depth. The result is an orderly and well-balanced space, where every element is designed for everyday living, maintaining a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
